Who Am I
Tiara Howard
My name is Tiara Howard and I am a certified personal trainer and powerlifter. In the last few years I have worked with several individuals to help them achieve their personal fitness goals both in person and online. My goal for YOU is to help you adopt the “goal setting” mindset. My programs WILL help you build the body of YOUR dreams. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete; I have a program for everyone.
