Welcome back to the AB Challenge where there will be one lucky winner chosen by my audience. I designed this guide for both home and gym use. The only equipment necessary are dumbbells. There is no such thing as spot reduction therefore you can expect full body movements and core exercises in this challenge. This challenge will be more intense than the last so be ready to push yourself past your limits. Remember to take your day 1 and day 25 pictures and submit them for a chance to win the cash prize. I am currently doing Day 1. Am I correct to understand that I am to do 4 complete sets of the 7 exercises each day with a 2 min break between the 4 sets x 10 days?
Also, does each side count as 1 when doing the, plank twists, bird dog, and dead bug?
Yes you’re correct. However , read the directions the rep count changes. Every other is a rep.
