Welcome to the Leg challenge brought to you by Tiara and Fred. We are grateful that you have decided to join our challenge. This challenge will include three leg days a week to give optimal muscle recovery time. Although, this is a leg challenge we will not neglect the upper body or core by over working the lower body. Therefore, every other day we will include a full body workout. The goal of this challenge is not to be a “quick fix” but to form a habit. This challenge will serve all fitness skill levels including beginners, intermediate and advanced.
