Introduction
Welcome to the Leg challenge brought to you by Tiara and Fred. We are grateful that you have decided to join our challenge. This challenge will include three leg days a week to give optimal muscle recovery time. Although, this is a leg challenge we will not neglect the upper body or core by over working the lower body. Therefore, every other day we will include a full body workout. The goal of this challenge is not to be a “quick fix” but to form a habit. This challenge will serve all fitness skill levels including beginners, intermediate and advanced.

How many days a week are we training altogether? Is it everyday gym?

5 days a week , the first two weeks can be done at home with me the next 2 weeks with Fred are to be done at the gym
