Hi, I just purchased the workout plan and wasn’t sure how many seconds you should rest between each workout before transitioning?
It’s a superset , there’s a 2 min break at the end of each set. Carefully read the directions
What program do you have ? If it’s leg program 2 mins if it’s Abs 1 min
Day 1 complete! Do we have to keep to the amount of reps or can we increase them per set?
