Hi Iam not understanding how many reps per work out and weight .Is it each work out 5 times each 25 times ?
Refer to the instructions section. I did a break down of how the reps work. Example 5×75% means 5 sets of 10 reps

Where 5×75% for each movement fits in? what are the reps for on the left side. I start at 1 x max and lower the weight each time increasing reps? What’s the 5×75% for?
