This is not the latest Core program. This is the oldest however, it is still a FULL BODY program. I designed this program for both home and gym use(optional).  The only equipment necessary are dumbbells and medballs . There is no such thing as spot reduction therefore you can expect full body movements and core exercises in this program. Be ready to push yourself past your limits. Remember to take your day 1 and day 25 pictures to see your results.  Good luck and remember to read all the instructions and most importantly HAVE FUN!
