Is 3 days optimal and efficient?
A 3 day training split is good for optimizing both training intensity and recovery. RECOVERY is the most important aspect of building muscle next to fueling your body. The goal of this program is to train for MUSCLE GROWTH and OVERALL, STRENGTH. The 3 day training split along with recovery and appropriate eating will help increase muscle mass. This program is 8 weeks long and you need roughly 6 months of lifting experience before attempting this program.
